TMS Builders + Managers served as the General Contractor and Construction Manager for the 40,000 SF VA Clinic in Clarksville, TN, delivering a state-of-the-art healthcare facility designed to meet performance-driven specifications while staying within budget. The project included 5 acres of site development, a structural steel frame, and multiple façade finishes, including composite panels, curtain walls, and brick masonry. Advanced environmental systems were integrated to mitigate airborne infectious diseases, and the facility was built under Energy Star Rating Criteria to maximize efficiency. With a focus on value engineering and fast-track execution, the project was completed 90 days ahead of schedule, allowing the VA to move in early and enabling the developer to begin lease payments ahead of schedule demonstrating TMS’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and client success.
